Keeping in touch with the latest innovations in culinary art trends, Chef Alisa was intrigued to see that NYC chefs were serving and cooking food on salt. As Chef did her research, she learned that POSH Salt™ was the company that had invented and was crafting these salt ”plates” in NJ. She called and spoke to POSH Salt™ Founder Laura E. Castelli. From that first conversation Alisa was hooked on Saltware™ and would eventually become POSH Salt’s™ Culinary Director and Chef Ambassador.
Over the years Alisa has worked with Laura to pioneer many of the techniques and recipes for cooking on POSH Saltware™ and while many may try to imitate her she, like POSH Salt™ itself, did it first and does it best! Throughout her remarkable career, Alisa has garnered distinction as a Professional Chef, Culinary Instructor, Private Caterer, Culinary Consultant and Research & Development Culinarian.
